af·fir·ma·tion (n.) 1. The act of affirming or the state of being affirmed; assertion. 2. Something declared to be true; a positive statement or judgment.

I’m happy to welcome this new month and to say goodbye to the past 31 days.

I don’t know how it was for you, but January was a whopper for me. I went deep into the cave of my heart for comfort, for healing, for insight, and for change. I came out feeling solid in my physical body, present to my emotions, and connected to my thoughts as I observe them and question their truth. Time will tell where January’s explorations will take me, but one thing I do know is that I AM GRATEFUL.

On my coastal run the other day I asked for guidance about the energies coming forward in February and what I could do to stay on purpose. What came to me was to share an affirmation every day via my blog, on Facebook, Twitter, and wherever else feels appropriate. During this morning’s meditation I wrote 32 affirmations and I’m starting today, February 1st, by publicly declaring that I AM GRATEFUL. Feel free to use that statement often and share it with the world.

To celebrate Affirmation Month, I am offering the following:

Send me an affirmation that I can share  (let me know if I can use your name or initials along with it) on this blog and on social media sites and you’ll be eligible for a one-hour Personal Transformation Session for the discounted price of $95 (phone or Skype sessions only). Click here for more info.

Thanks. Peace. Love!
